  • After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • If the order has already entered the shipping process, customers must follow our Return and Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days on average. But could take up to 20 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • If the order has been processed or shipped, customers must request a return instead of a cancellation.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

  • Any order beyond the 90-minute window.
  • Orders that have already been packed or dispatched.
  • Customised or personalised items, as they enter production immediately.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for reaching out as quickly as possible to ensure their request is processed within the 90-minute window.
  • We are not liable for delays in cancellation requests due to late contact attempts.
